Inlite Chiller and Recirculator Flush
There are times when the Inlite laser head will decrease in energy, as well as needing to replace filters.
This should help as a guild so doing these tasks go smoothly and quickly.
Inlite Chiller
The chiller cools distilled water with the help of the recirculator. The Chiller is the Rack Model, which is controlled by the Inlite itself. The pump will not work if the Inlite State is in Stop. It must be in, at least, Standby. (you will hear the difference)
The Manual, minilite_manual.pdf,goes over how to drain the chiller and replace the DI Filter. I used a hand pump to flush the water out, because I wasn't aware of the Laser needing to be in Standby.
If you want to clean the system. Let a solution of 80% Hydrogen Peroxide and 20% distilled water run overnight. You can leave in Standby mode for this time.
The next morning, pump out all the Solution out and clean with distill water. Then fill the reservoir.
